Our Privacy Policy Is Simple
Our Privacy Policy is pretty simple. We do not share any information about you with anyone.
If you subscribe to our e-newsletter we only use your email address for our own newsletter. We do not sell or share your address with any other parties. Note, in extenuating circumstances we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information, but will only do so when required by law.
If you express interest in our services, we will add you to our mailing list automatically. You can easily unsubscribe at anytime. We will not resubscribe you if you have removed yourself from our list.
Use of Information
McCord Web Design is the sole holder of the information collected on all areas of this site. We will not sell, share, or rent any information to others.

Non-commercial Use Only
Our white paper downloads and screen savers are made available to you for your non-commercial use only. This means that you may use it at work or at home. Only McCord Web Design is entitled to sell these products. You may not modify, copy, license, or create derivative works from our white papers or screen savers.
You may make copies of our screen savers and distribute such copies to others provided that any such recipient has had an opportunity to review and agree to be bound by these Policies. If others within your organization do not have this opportunity to review and agree and you would still like to distribute copies to them, you may do so provided that you have the legal right to bind your organization (and others within your organization) to these Policies. If you do not have this right and the recipients do not have an opportunity to review and agree to these Policies, please do not distribute the screen savers to them. Our Screen Savers and Associated Images
You acknowledge that McCord Web Design owns all rights, title and interest in and to the various McCord Web Design screen savers available for download, portions thereof, or software provided through or in conjunction with our screen savers, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trademark law, other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree not to modify, adapt, prepare derivative works from the McCord Web Design screen savers and associated images. You also agree to not remove, obscure, or alter McCord Web Design's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through our screen savers and associated images. All images contained within our screen savers are owned by McCord Web Design. You may contact us for use of specific images contained within the screen saver by executing a Royalty Payment Agreement.
Log Files
McCord Web Design collects aggregate information in the form of log files recorded by our web server. This information includes how many visits we have had to our web pages and the address of the referring page. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement through the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. None of this information is linked to personally identifiable information. At no time is this information shared with any other parties.
Use of Cookies and Sessions
We use cookies and server sessions when you enter our Clients and Proposals areas. These scripted items are used only to personalize your experience. The script allows us to call you by name, track the number of your visits to these area, and list the last date of your visit. The cookie file is stored on your hard drive and can be deleted by you at any time. The session file is stored on our server. We do not retrieve or store any information from this file.

All materials found within the McCord Web Design website including content, images, all scripts, HTML code, PHP code, and Cascading Style Sheets are copyrighted under United States law and the stoppage of unauthorized use of these items is enforceable by law. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Policies to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Policies will continue in full force and effect.
